Munro Development

Established in 2002 Munro Developments and Paul W. Mccallum Homes is a Family owned and Operated Home Builder Specializing in spec built Custom homes, as well as
owner owned custom homes. We Spent the First 12 years of our Business, Honing our skills as an Insurance Restoration Rebuild Specialist, putting peoples homes and lives back
together after Fire and Floods. The Past eight years we have been putting people into their dream homes or Businesses all over Bruce county. We have also Built Roads, a Small
Subdivision, And the Port Elgin training facility for the Bruce Nuclear plant.
The Company has been built on a commitment to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. We have survived off of referrals for 20 years, but as our services grow, so must we.
